How do I get started?

Ready to join our pet care family? Visit our contact us page for info. Please visit our helpful info page for information about new client consultations, keys, making reservations, returning home, holidays, surcharges and more.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry pet-specific liability insurance through Travelers, providing added protection and peace of mind while your pets and home are in our care.

Do I need an online account?

Yes. All clients have an online account where everything we need to know about you and your pets is stored in one convenient place. Clients love how easy it is to use and having all their information in one location. Your online account allows you to.

How do I schedule?

All scheduling is done through your online account. Simply log in to request services, update your schedule, and manage your pet care anytime — day or night.

What areas do you serve?

Our approximate service area includes: West Seattle, Burien, South Park and Georgetown. If you’re unsure whether you’re within our service area, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help!

How long do we stay?

We offer 3 visit lengths: 

  • Pop-In Visit: up to 15 minutes
  • Standard Visit: 25–30 minutes
  • Extended Visit: 40–45 minutes

For your peace of mind, our arrival and departure times are GPS recorded. We check in and out of each visit from our vehicle, and detailed journals are written while we are with your pets.

Consultations

Are required for all new pet care clients. New client consultations are $35.00. After the initial set up you can schedule as few as one visit at a time. Here’s what we cover (approximately 25 / 30 minutes) sometimes longer. We don’t rush through these. This is usually our one and only time to meet each other face to face and get to know each other.

What are your services, rates and operating hours?

Dog Walking 9am – 3pm / Pet Sitting 7am – 7pm / Overnights 8pm – 6 / 8am

  • $33.00 – Dog Walking 9am – 3pm Monday – Friday 2+ days per week minimum
  • $29.00 – Pet Sitting up to 15 minutes
  • $35.00 –  Pet Sitting 25 / 30 minutes
  • $51.00 –  Pet Sitting 40 / 45 minutes

Surcharges:

+ $7.50 per visit – Weekend surcharge.

+50% After Hours Visits

Holidays

+ 50% per visit

Holidays include: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Eve.

Any visits that include Thanksgiving and day after, Christmas Eve and day and New Years Eve and day require a 50% non-refundable deposit payable at the time your reservation is made. Payment in full is due 7 days before 1st day of service. 100% due if cancelled with in 7 days of your scheduled service. Your reservation is not guaranteed until the deposit is received.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before the start of service are subject to a 50% charge.

Example:
If your service begins at 5:00 PM on Friday, it must be cancelled by 5:00 PM on Tuesday to avoid the fee.

What if I return home early?

Reservations are made in advance to plan sitter availability and ensure care for all clients. If you return home earlier than scheduled, you will still be responsible for the full amount of the time reserved. No credits or refunds are provided for early returns.

How do payments work?

Payments are made by credit card, and all clients are required to keep a valid credit card on file. Pet sitting services must be paid in full prior to the start of service.

Aggressive Pets

For the safety of our sitters and your pets, we do not provide services for pets that display aggressive behavior.
